Bulk WhatsApp and Email Sending

Send collection reminders, notices, and promos by WhatsApp and email without copy-pasting one by one

SENDERA sends your mass campaigns by WhatsApp on Meta's official API and by email from your own mail server. Load your contacts by CSV or from NocoDB, pick an approved template, set the allowed sending hours and the interval between messages, and the system does the rest: it skips invalid phone numbers, resumes interrupted sends on its own, and shows you how many messages went out and how many failed — all from the same dashboard.

The problem

Common problems when communicating by WhatsApp and email, solved with SENDERA

How they play out day to day — and how the platform solves them

WhatsApp one by one

You send the promo to 200 contacts by copy-pasting — and risk getting blocked by WhatsApp

With SENDERA: mass sending through the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta), with approved templates and a controlled cadence. Reach thousands of contacts without copy-pasting and without unofficial apps.
Sends at the wrong time

The payment reminder goes out on a Sunday night and triggers more complaints than payments

With SENDERA: you schedule each send by date, with an allowed sending window and a weekend pause. If a send gets interrupted, it resumes on its own from where it stopped.
You don't know what works

You send blindly: you don't know how many messages went out or who didn't get them

With SENDERA: per-campaign reports with sent and failed messages, retry of failed ones, and CSV export. You also see how your contacts are distributed by province.
Contacts scattered everywhere

You have contacts in your phone's address book, in a spreadsheet, on Instagram, and in loose emails

With SENDERA: import your contacts by CSV or from NocoDB tables and organize them in lists. The same contact can be on several lists.
Badly entered numbers

Your spreadsheet has hundreds of badly entered phone numbers and the send stalls or fails in a chain

With SENDERA: phone numbers are validated before sending. Invalid numbers are excluded and the rest of the campaign keeps going.
Poorly copied templates

Every salesperson writes the promo their own way and it ends up poorly written or with mistakes

With SENDERA: Meta-approved templates, centralized in the dashboard. Your team picks one and the message goes out equally well written to everyone.
How it helps you

What you'll be able to do with SENDERA from day one

This isn't a list of features — these are concrete problems your business solves starting next Monday

Safe mass sending on WhatsApp

Send campaigns to thousands of contacts at once with controlled cadence and approved templates, through the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta).

Example: you run an optical shop with 4,200 clients in a spreadsheet. Upload the CSV, build the list "Yearly check-up," pick the approved template "Your glasses just turned 12 months old, want to come in for a vision check?" and schedule the send for Tuesday from 10am to 6pm. When it finishes, you see how many went out and how many failed.

Email marketing in the same dashboard

Send email campaigns from SENDERA through your own mail server (SMTP), using the same contacts you use for WhatsApp.

Example: you send the monthly newsletter by email to your customer list and, on another day, the urgent notice by WhatsApp to the same list, all from the same dashboard.

Visual flows for new contacts

Visual flow editor: drag blocks and, every time a contact is created, the flow assigns it to a list and categorizes it based on the conditions you define — without touching a line of code.

Example new-contact flow: new contact → condition "city = Mendoza" → assign to list "Mendoza customers" → categorize as "Customer".

Sends that resume on their own

If a send is interrupted (an outage, a server restart), SENDERA resumes it from where it stopped, without you having to rebuild the campaign.

Example: you're sending 1,240 payment reminders and the server restarts at message 700. When it comes back, the send continues from there.

Contacts organized in lists

Import contacts from CSV or from NocoDB tables and organize them in lists. The same contact can be on several lists, and each campaign goes only to the list you choose.

Example: you build the list "October debtors" from your collections system's export and send the reminder only to them, not to your whole base.

Meta-approved templates

Choose from your Meta-approved WhatsApp templates ("Monthly promo", "Due date reminder") and the message goes out equally well written to every contact on the list.

Example: "Due date reminder" template: "A reminder that your installment is due this week. If you've already paid, please ignore this message." It goes out the same to the whole list, clean and typo-free.

Clear per-campaign reports

For each campaign you see how many messages went out and how many failed, retry the failed ones, and export everything to CSV. Plus, your contacts' distribution by province based on area code.

Example: Monday's collections campaign had 37 failures. You retry them, export the details to CSV, and your team reviews those numbers.

Official Meta API, SMTP, and NocoDB

Connection with the official WhatsApp API (Meta Cloud API), your mail server via SMTP, and contact import from NocoDB tables.

Example: your collections system puts the month's debtors in a NocoDB table. From SENDERA you import that table into a list and schedule the reminder.

Multi-organization for multiple brands

If you manage several accounts (your business + your agency's clients), each one gets its own isolated space: contacts, templates, WhatsApp accounts, and reports.

Example: you run a marketing agency managing 8 brands. Each one has its own space in SENDERA with its own WhatsApp and campaigns, with no mixed contacts.
Real cases

Three everyday situations for SMBs that communicate over WhatsApp and email

Monday 10:00 AM

Launch a promo to 5,000 customers and sleep easy

Sending a promo used to take hours: copy the message, send it in batches of 50, wait, repeat, and pray WhatsApp doesn't block you. With SENDERA you build the campaign in a few minutes and it sends itself, with the interval between messages you set.

  • Upload a CSV with 5,000 contacts or use an existing list
  • Pick a Meta-approved template
  • Schedule the date, sending window, and interval between messages
  • Go out for lunch while it sends on its own

The month's debtors go from your system to a list ready to send

Before, you had to export the spreadsheet, clean it up, and load it by hand. Now your system puts the debtors in a NocoDB table, SENDERA imports it into a list, and every new contact goes through your flow: it lands on the right list, categorized.

  • Import from a NocoDB table or from a CSV
  • Flow trigger: a new contact is created
  • Condition: based on the contact's data
  • Actions: assign to the list and categorize

Close the week with data to decide your next move

Before, sending over WhatsApp was a black box: you'd send and know nothing. Now every Friday you see what went out, what failed, and where your contacts are.

  • Sent and failed messages for each campaign of the week
  • Retry of failed messages
  • Contact distribution by province based on area code
  • CSV export

Yes. SENDERA sends through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API: it is the way to send campaigns to many contacts with approved templates, without exposing your number to the bans that unofficial apps get. If you don't have it yet, we help you set it up.

SENDERA sends through the official WhatsApp API, with the interval between messages and the sending window you set. It's very different from copy-pasting to 200 people from a phone. To message people who have not written to you yet, Meta requires approved templates, and SENDERA uses them. Still, Meta rates the quality of your sends: only message contacts who agreed to receive your messages.

You import them in minutes: save the spreadsheet as CSV and upload it with whatever columns you have (name, phone, email, etc.). SENDERA validates phone number formats and invalid ones are left out of sends. During onboarding we help you with your first import.

Yes, for new contacts. The flow editor is visual: you drag the "New contact" trigger, add conditions, and connect actions like "Assign to list" or "Categorize". No code.

Both, in the same dashboard: WhatsApp campaigns on Meta's official API and email campaigns from your own mail server (SMTP), with the same contacts.

SENDERA doesn't currently offer a public API for your store to trigger automatic sends. What you can do is import contacts by CSV or from a NocoDB table fed by your system. If you need a specific integration, let's talk about it in the demo.

Yes. SENDERA is multi-organization: each brand or client gets its own isolated space with its own WhatsApp, templates, contacts and reports. Ideal for marketing agencies managing multiple accounts.

No problem. The trial requires no card. If it's not for you, you don't pay: before cancelling you can export your reports to CSV.
