LUBER digitizes the vehicle intake form with photos and the customer's signature, organizes work orders, controls oil and parts stock, and invoices through ARCA sending the receipts by WhatsApp. It replaces notebooks and Excel spreadsheets with a system that logs every step and shows you on the dashboard which products are below minimum stock and which forms are still unsigned.

Everyday situations at the shop, and how LUBER brings order to them
This isn't a feature list — these are concrete problems in your shop that you start sorting out in the first week
When you receive the vehicle you log mileage, fuel level, items handed over, notes, and a visual checklist. The customer signs from their phone using a link you send by WhatsApp or email: their name, signature, and a SHA-256 hash of the form are stored. If the form is modified afterward, the signature is invalidated.
Each digital work order has a sequential number, customer, vehicle, services, products, status (pending / in progress / awaiting parts / completed), and technician notes. Linked to the quote that originated it.
You generate the quote with products from the catalog and labor. You send the customer a link, they sign from their phone. The signed quote turns into a work order with one click — no re-entering anything.
Each product has current stock, minimum stock, purchase and sale price, supplier, and unit of measure (liter, unit, meter). Every movement is logged: inflows, outflows, and adjustments, with user and date.
ARCA (formerly AFIP) integration. You set up your tax details once and issue A, B, and C invoices and credit or debit notes with a CAE, without logging into another system. Your accountant gets everything in order.
You link the shop's WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, and from the system you send quotes, signature links, work orders, invoices, receipts, and appointment notices.
Each vehicle stores its plate, make, model, year, mileage, and every service performed. When it comes back, you see at a glance what was done and at what mileage.
Alerts for unsigned forms, active work orders, low-stock products, best-selling products, most-requested services, and recent activity by user. Collapsible blocks so you see only what you need.
Admin (everything), sales assistant (quotes, receipts, invoices, reports), employee/mechanic (customers, vehicles, products, and work orders). Each one sees only what's relevant to them.
Three everyday situations in repair shops and oil-change centers, and how the platform solves them
Before, it was "what do I jot down on this scrap of paper?" Now the digital form keeps a photo record, intake condition data, and the customer's signature, with a SHA-256 hash that lets you prove the form didn't change after it was signed.
Diagnosis: timing belt + water pump + labor. Before, you'd quote the price verbally and the argument would start when it was time to pay. Now you enter everything in a quote, the customer signs it from the link you sent on WhatsApp, and you get to work with peace of mind.
Before, you'd stay until 9 PM on Fridays entering invoices into ARCA and closing the books. Now you invoiced each job from LUBER as you delivered it, and on Friday you open the dashboard and see the full picture of the week.

You import your customers, vehicles, and products from spreadsheets (CSV) so you don't start by typing everything in. You link the shop's WhatsApp by scanning a QR code and send quotes, signature links, and receipts from there. You keep your old records to look things up.
Both. The signed intake form, work orders, stock, quotes, and invoicing work the same for oil-change shops, general repair shops, tire shops, body shops, auto electricians, and motorcycle shops. If you work with vehicles and parts, it fits.
Each signature stores the name the customer enters, their on-screen signature, the date and time, and a SHA-256 hash of the exact document content at the moment of signing. If the form or quote is modified afterward, the signature is invalidated. It's an orderly record to show if a claim comes up; for its weight in a specific court case, check with your lawyer.
Yes, LUBER integrates with ARCA. You configure your tax details once and issue A/B/C invoices, credit and debit notes directly from the system with a valid CAE. If your tax status changes, you update it from the settings.
Yes. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use LUBER. We designed the screens so a mechanic can open a work order from the shop's phone, mark services as completed, and upload photos in a few steps. We include an onboarding session by video call.
Yes. Each shop or branch runs as a separate organization with its own customers, stock, team, and invoicing. Reports are viewed per shop: there's no dashboard consolidating several branches in one view yet.
