Software for law firms

Stop wasting hours searching for case files and take back control of your firm

ALEGA brings case files, contacts, documents, calendar, and email together in a single web platform. Your team stops jumping between folders, email, and Drive: every document is linked to the case file and the contact, you edit it in the browser without downloading it, and you look up cases on the Mendoza Judiciary portal from the same system. ALEGA currently runs in pilot mode with one law firm: leave your details and we'll arrange access.

The problem

If your firm works like this, you're losing time every day

Everyday situations at a law firm, and how ALEGA brings order to them

Scattered calendars

Every lawyer keeps hearings and meetings in their own calendar

With ALEGA: you log hearings, meetings, and due dates in the firm's calendar, linked to the case file and the contact, and send the reminder by email with one click.
Document chaos

The client's contract is "somewhere" — Drive, email, WhatsApp?

With ALEGA: every document is linked to the case file and the contact. You find it from the case file, from the contact's record, or in the folder it belongs to.
Files lost in the chat

The client sent their ID and the contract by chat and nobody saved them

With ALEGA: if you handle inquiries through Chatwoot, each conversation's attachments are saved to the contact's folder, and label rules let you define which contacts and files get imported.
Duplicated work

Two or three versions of the same filing circulate by email

With ALEGA: Office documents are edited in the browser on the file stored in the case file, with no back-and-forth of attachments.
Leads going cold

A new inquiry comes in and nobody knows what happened to it

With ALEGA: every lead enters a pipeline with stages you configure, and with Cal.com they book the interview without endless messages.
PDFs by hand

To compress or convert a PDF you end up on random websites

With ALEGA: the built-in PDF tools compress, rotate, run OCR, or convert to Word from the same system.
How it helps you

What you'll be able to do with ALEGA from day one

This isn't a feature list — these are concrete problems at your firm that you start sorting out in the first week

A living case file

Every case file brings together the client, their documents, and their calendar events. Open a case file and see what's happened and what's coming.

Example: "González v. Pérez, damages" — your partner gets sick and you take over tomorrow's hearing. You open the case file, review the linked filings and documents and the next calendar date, and walk in prepared.

Calendar with reminders

Log hearings, meetings, and due dates linked to the case file and the contact. Send the reminder by email with one click and, with ALEGA open, the browser alerts you an hour before each event.

Example: you get served notice on Friday: you log the due date in the case file's calendar and email the reminder to the lawyer handling it.

Clients and counterparts, organized

Every contact stores their details, their case files, their document folder, and linked calendar events.

Example: a client calls asking about their case. You search their name and see their case files, the documents in their folder, and the next calendar date.

Built-in Chatwoot

If you handle inquiries through Chatwoot, each conversation's attachments are saved to the contact's folder, and label rules let you define which contacts and files get imported and how the lead moves through your pipeline.

Example: a client sends a photo of their ID and the contract by chat: they are saved to their folder, ready to use in the case file.

Case lookups on the Mendoza Judiciary portal

You save your portal credentials (stored encrypted) and look up cases in the civil, labor, family, and Supreme Court jurisdictions of Mendoza from ALEGA, whenever you need to.

Example: before calling a client you look up their case from ALEGA and see where it stands, without opening another tab or logging into the portal again.

Lead pipeline and Cal.com

Every new inquiry enters a pipeline with stages you configure. With Cal.com, the lead books the interview without endless messages.

Example: a labor-law inquiry comes in: you add it as a lead, send your Cal.com link, and once they book you move it to "Interview booked".

The whole firm on the same data

Each team member logs in with their own user and works on the same case files, documents, and calendar. Office documents are edited in the browser, without downloading them.

Example: your paralegal uploads the scanned notice to the case file and the rest of the firm finds it there, without asking for it on WhatsApp.

Email and PDF without leaving ALEGA

Connect the firm's email account and see the inbox and send emails with attachments from ALEGA. The built-in PDF tools compress, rotate, run OCR, or convert to Word.

Example: a scanned filing comes in: you run OCR, convert it to Word, edit it in the browser, and email it to the client from the built-in inbox.

Your data, your firm

Each firm works in its own space, with its own users, and judiciary portal and email account passwords are stored encrypted.

Example: a new lawyer joins and you create their user; someone leaves the firm and you revoke their access.
